THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11828 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A3 and A7 in Crime No.123 of 2015 of Amudalavalasa Police Station, Srikakulam District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 371 and 374 IPC.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
