HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.24836 of 2017 ORDER:

Mr. G. Pedda Babu, by drawing the attention of the court to the house site pattas granted in favour of petitioners in Sy.No.215 of Pernamitta Village, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District, contends that the respondents are under obligation to protect the possession of petitioners and facilitate the construction of houses there. He fairly submits that pursuant to the notice issued in this behalf, the matter is under enquiry by Tahsildar/ 3rd respondent.

2. I have perused the annexures filed along with the writ petition and taken note of the writ prayer. This court is of the view that the petitioners have comprehensive consideration and they ought to represent the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ongole Division/ 2nd respondent and this court has no reason to doubt that the 2nd respondent will bestow the needed attention and pass orders on the representation. The petitioners are also given liberty, by enclosing a copy of this order to the representation they intend to file in this behalf.
