Petitioner had made an application on 30.08.2016 to the 3rd respondent through A.P. online for survey and subdivision in respect of the land claimed by him and contends that the 3rd respondent had not taken any action thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will get a survey conducted on the basis of the petitioner's application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as other affected parties, and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to get a survey conducted on the basis of the petitioner's application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as other affected parties, and communicate the same to the petitioner.
