SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.6312 OF 2016 ORDER: (As per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) The auction sale may go on, but however, the same may not be confirmed in favour of the highest bidder, for purposes of collecting the balance 75%, provided the petitioner herein deposits a sum representing 25% of the balance amount on or before 29.03.2016 with the respondent-bank and also submits a representation to the first respondent bank as to how he proposes to liquidate the balance liability in one or more number of installments in a period of not less than six months thereafter.

Writ petition stands disposed of with this order after hearing Sri Lakshmikanth, learned counsel representing Sri Deepak Bhattacharjee for the respondent bank.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
