Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue writ or direction preferably a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent No.2 and 3 in not considering the petitioner's representation for 27-11-2015 for regularization of plot No.14 in Sy.No.92, Manthani abadi, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to regularize the petitioner's plot No.14, Manthani abadi, Manthani Mandal, Karimnagar Districtt." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application for regularisation of his plot admeasuring 82 square yards before the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Manthani, on 27.11.2015, but till date no orders are passed on the said application, hence seeks a direction to consider the same. 4.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner can be considered provided the
CPK,J WP_2584_2016 representation made by the petitioner satisfies the requirements of G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59.

Recording the statement of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Manthani, Karimnagar District, to consider the representation made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
