THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1247 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 28.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23651 of 2021.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has produced before this Court a copy of endorsement issued by the Tahsildar, Masaipet Mandal, Medak District, vide Lr.No.B/260/2021, dated 13.02.2023, a perusal of which shows that the regularisation of Sadabainama/ Unregistered sale transactions could not be done as the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(PIL)No.270 of 2020, stayed the processing of applications for regularisation of Sadabainama/ Unregistered sale transactions received after commencement of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 2020 i.e., applications received after 29th October, 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is having old pattadar pass books and title deeds and therefore, the question of passing any regularization orders in this case does not arise. 5.

The question as to whether the petitioner is having old pattadar passbooks and title deeds or not and whether any regularization orders need be passed cannot be gone into the present Contempt Case.

Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement vide Lr.No.B/260/2021, dated 13.02.2023 before appropriate forum, if he is so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. No costs.
