Sri P.V.S.A. Rama Murty, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 03.08.2018 in the Registry seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
