(Per Honourable Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dt.07.10.2019 of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.2334 of 2019 in O.A.No.803 of 2015 refusing to permit the petitioners herein to amend their written statements filed in the OA.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, having argued the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.

Leave granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
