THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P.No.3457 of 2018 ORDER:

The summoning of Officer firstly, who exercised jurisdiction under A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 is untenable and secondly, as rightly pointed out by the trial Court, at very advanced stage of the trial, the instant application is filed.

For the above reasons, I am convinced the Civil Revision Petition fails and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
