Since investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed and the same is registered as C.C.No. 548 of 2015 as represented by Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet.

Permission accorded.
