OFFICE NOTE 25.08.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application is filed by the petitioner/accused No.6 seeking extension of time to surrender before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad for another 15 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/Accused No.6 is a resident of Kurudha Trirol, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha and he is unable to get one local surety among two sureties.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner/Accused No.6 is permitted to surrender before the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad on 30.08.2022 by producing the sureties as ordered by this Court on 03.08.2022.

Accordingly, this Application is ordered.
