Heard.
The petitioner filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent seeking cancellation of pattadar passbooks and title deeds granted in favour of the 5th respondent and the appeal is pending from 2011 onwards. The petitioner seeks early consideration of the said appeal.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that the appeal is under trial and both the advocates of the appellant and the respondent therein are attending the Court. The instructions further state that after completion of arguments of both the parties, the matter would be disposed of. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the hearing of the said appeal and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
