HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.3 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.A.No.1070 of 2016 JUDGMENT:

The appellants/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the I.A.No.3 of 2018 and the Criminal Appeal are allowed by setting aside the conviction judgment passed by the lower appellate Court dated 27.10.2016 in Crl.A.No.60 of 2016 in view of the above compromise.
