The petitioner prays for the following relief: " ...WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking any action on the application of the petitioner for mutation of the land in Sy. No. 88/AA to an extent of Ac.1-28 guntas situated at Gummadidala village Jinnaram Mandal Sanga Reddy District (Medak District) is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to mutate the name of the petitioner..."

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the grievance of petitioner will be considered and orders as deem fit are communicated to the petitioner in Online. The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
