This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed by the petitioners to punish the respondent/ contemnor No.4 for flouting the order, dated 01.05.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9896 of 2019.

Heard. Perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order, dated 01.05.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9896 of 2019 has been complied with by the authorities concerned. Under these circumstances, no orders need be passed in this Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
