THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.37843 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner has questioned the proceedings dated 29.04.2016 suspending the petitioner pending enquiry into certain allegations. Subsequently, charge memo dated 10.08.2016 was issued levelling certain allegations against the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner has submitted his explanation to the charge memo on 23.08.2016. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and go into the correctness of the allegations against the petitioner and the innocence or guilt of the petitioner of the charges since the enquiry is under process.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry into the charges levelled against the petitioner within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
