HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20818 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not finalizing the tenders for supply of Diet to the Area Hospital, Nagar Kurnool and Community Health Center, Kalvakurthy.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4, on instructions submits that the said tender was allotted to one Mr.Sudershan Reddy, as petitioner failed to produce Labour Licence and Firm Registration.

The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the grievance is only with regard to finalisation of tender and since it is stated that the said tender was already finalised, the writ petition is disposed of. However, if petitioner has any grievance with regard to allotment of the said tender, he can challenge the same, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
