Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land to an extent of Ac.1.00 Cents in Sy.No.248/2, 248/1 of Anumanchipally Revenue Village, Jaggaiahpet Mandal, Krishna District, being schedule property of the judgment and the decree in O.S.No.160/2009 dated 02.05.2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Jaggaiahpet, Krishna District, at the instance of respondents 4 to 8 and consequently, direct respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the aforementioned land.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property without following due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that any action to be taken by the official respondents will be in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land to an extent of Ac.1.00 Cents in Sy.No.248/2, 248/1 of Anumanchipally Revenue Village, Jaggaiahpet Mandal, Krishna District, except in accordance with the procedure established by law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be n order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
