THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20588 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Jalli Narender for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief. "WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent No.4 in not issuing new pattadar pass books and Rythubandhu Cheque in respect of the land in Sy.No.194/A to an extent of Ac.2-00 situated at Bommakuru village, Narmetta Mandal, Jangaon District (Warangal District) as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law........"

The Assistant Government Pleader referring to written instructions dated 07.07.2018 informs the Court that the 4th respondent has completed the corrections needed on the grievance of the petitioner on 07.07.2018. The corrections carried out, are already certified and informed to the higher officials. The 4th respondent will issue pattadar pass book after the pattadar passbook and Rythubandhu cheque are received by the 4th respondent. The statement of 4th respondent is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
