HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.21294 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that Examination Center for the AITT Examinations is not established within the 20 kilometers radius as required and on account of not establishing the Examination Center within the 20 kilometers radius, the students of the petitioner's institute are required to travel by 50 kilometers. As per the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the AITT Examinations are scheduled to commence on 20.07.2015.

2. It is further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a representation was submitted by the petitioner for establishment of an Examination Center nearby on 04.07.2015, but no orders are passed on the said representation.

3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that in fact last year the Examination Center was located in the petitioner's institute, but since there were some mal-practices noticed, this time the decision was taken not to locate the Examination Center in the petitioner's institute.

4. Be that as it may, at this stage, it is not possible for the administration to make all the necessary arrangements to locate the Examination Center and notify the Examination Center as hardly

eight days are left from now. Thus, no such direction as sought for by the petitioner can be granted at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
