Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.
2. The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.368 of Raghavendra Nagar Colony, Nacharam Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. While so, the third respondent inspected the shop of the petitioner and conducted a panchanama on 07.08.2015. Basing on the report submitted by the third respondent, the second respondent, by his proceedings dated 24.08.2015, accorded permission to the third respondent for tagging cards of the petitioner shop to the fair price shop dealer of shop No.594. When the stock was not supplied for the month of September 2015, though the authorization of the petitioner is in force, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3. It is needless to mention that so long as the authorization of the petitioner is in subsistence, he is entitled to receive the essential commodities. In this case, the authoriastion of the petitioner found to be valid and in force as on today.
4. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to release the stock to the petitioner so long as his authorization is valid and in force.
