Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in interfering with the construction of the petitioners and in civil disputes, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the petitioners and third parties informed that the same is found to be of civil in nature by notice dated 26-06-2018. It is denied that the 4th respondent called the petitioners to the police station to settle the issue with third parties.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However the police shall not interfere with the civil disputes and pressurize the petitioners to settle the civil disputes.
