Ch. Dhanalaxmi v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.25977 of 2016 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the 4th respondent is trying to encroach her property and that she has made a complaint to the 2nd respondent on 1907-2016 and the 2nd respondent is not taking any action thereon.
Since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy in seeking relief of injunction before competent Civil Court, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy from competent Civil Court. No costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
