The instant Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat, organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, and the award dated 08.10.2016 was passed reducing compensation from Rs.4,18,705/- to Rs.3,45,000/- and the said award is placed on record.

Therefore, the instant Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. The aforesaid award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
