HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.37822 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the standing counsel admit that the grievance canvassed in the writ petition is substantially similar to the cause complained in W.P.No.799 of 2015. This Court, through order dated 04.02.2015 has disposed of W.P.No.799 of 2015 and batch.

The present writ petition is disposed of by adopting the same reasoning and the petitioners are given one week time from today to submit representation to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent is directed to reconsider the same without reference to the communication dated 12.11.2014 and appropriate orders are passed in accordance with law within one week. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
