This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 to 5 in taking action against respondents 7 and 8 for misusing their official power and indulging in illegal acts at the instance of respondent No.9 inspite of written complaints dated 08-12-2017 and 16-12-2017.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the private complaint filed by the petitioner against the 9th respondent, case was referred to police station and a case in Cr.No.36 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 378, 448, 420, 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Namaplly police station. The other allegations made by the petitioner against the respondent-police were denied and it is also stated that the 9th respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner filed a civil suit and obtained status-quo order in I.A.No.290 of 2018.
In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However if the petitioner has any grievance she can avail alternate remedies available to her under law.
