Sri Reddeppa Reddy Educational Society, v. The State Of Andhra Peadesh Rep By Its Principal Secretary
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 18822 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard both sides.
The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not passing orders on the petitioners request to grant NOC and the consequential action of the respondents 5 and 6 in insisting upon the NOC for considering the application of petitioners for grant of permission to start B.Ed., and B. P.Ed., courses in the petitioners 2 and 3 institutions as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioners application by issuing NOC and with a consequential direction to the respondents 5 and 6 to forthwith grant permission for starting B.Ed., and B.P.Ed., courses in favour of the petitioner 2 and 3 institutions."
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners informs the Court that the matter has become infructuous for the reason that the last date for receiving the applications was on 30.6.2015.
Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
