THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.20695 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in interfering with the sale and marketing of bio-products mentioned in the pleading in the writ petition pursuant to the Memo No.PP.II(1)2085/2005, dated 21.01.2006, and consequential Letter No.PP.II(1)2085/2005, dated 21.01.2006, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. A consequential direction to the respondent authorities not to interfere with the petitioner's business of sale and marketing of the said bio-products under the name and style of 'AAKARSHA CROP CARE LLP' including the licensed premises of its dealers/stockiests in the State of Andhra Pradesh is also sought.

At the hearing, Sri G.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (A.P.) appearing for the respondents would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 10.07.2015, of this Court passed in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch; and, makes a request to dispose of this writ petition in terms of the aforestated order.

A copy of the said common order is placed on record. 4.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforestated order, dated

MSRM, J W.P.No.20695 of 2018 10.07.2015, of this Court in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order in the aforestated batch of writ petitions to this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
