THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1904 of 2015 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 16.06.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that pursuant to the said order the second respondent issued a notice to fourth respondent on 13.07.2015, but no action was taken thereafter. If the respondents have not taken any action after issuing the notice on 13.07.2015, it is a matter for different proceedings but not Contempt Case. In the above circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
