THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2263 OF 2009 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the tender conditions, notified by the respondents, in Notification IFB No.F1/1688/06-2, dated 28.01.2009.

This Court while admitting the Writ Petition, on 10.02.2009, granted interim direction to the respondents to accept the tender of the petitioner, subject to its eligibility, as per law. Further, the tenders, if any accepted, shall be subject to further orders in the petition. The grievance of the petitioner is that since his tender is not being accepted, he approached this Court. In the light of the interim order, dated 10.02.2009, petitioner's tender was also directed to be received. In those circumstances, the main relief, which the petitioner sought in the Writ Petition, stands virtually granted and nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
