THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRP.MP.No.6561 OF 2017 IN/AND CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2698 OF 2017 ORDER:

CRP.MP.No.6561 OF 2017 This miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 151 C.P.C to record compromise in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 18.09.2017 between the parties, as all the disputes between the parties are settled outside the Court and filed a joint memo to that effect.

Both the parties are present and they are identified by their respective counsel. When condition no.7 of the terms of compromise is read over and explained in vernacular language, they admitted the condition to be true and correct. Both the parties have produced Photostat copies of aadhar cards in proof of their identity.

Hence, I find that the compromise is voluntary and permission is granted to compromise, in terms of condition no.7 of the terms of compromise in the memorandum of understanding dated 18.09.2017.

C.R.P.No.2698 of 2017 In view of the orders passed in CRP.MP.No.6561 OF 2017, the present civil revision petition is allowed.

In the result, civil revision petition is allowed in terms of condition no.7 of the terms of compromise in the memorandum of

MSM,J CRP.No.2698 of 2017 understanding dated 18.09.2017. Both the parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps in pursuance of the order passed in this civil revision petition.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
