THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.9415 of 2012 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 01.09.2015, the matter was directed to be listed to 15.09.2015. On 15.09.2015 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was directed to be listed to 21.09.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal" there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 21.09.2015. As a final chance the same was listed to 22.09.2015.

On 22.09.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give a chance the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
