This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents on the representation (legal notice) dated 28.07.2016 submitted by the petitioner for preventing erection of electrical lines from north to south through the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.0.98 cents and Ac.3.00 respectively covered by Survey Nos.163/16, 163/17 and 164/2 of Thurpu Thakkellapadu Village, J.Pangulur Mandal, Prakasam District.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 6, on instructions, submitted that the respondents stopped the work basing on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2016. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
