HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.31874 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in considering the representation dated 09.08.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General, accepts notice for respondents and assured this Court that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2016 shall be considered and decided within the time stipulated by this Court.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition, and the submission of the counsel for parties, I hereby direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2016 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
