B.Muthaiah, v. Sri J.Raymond Peter, I.A.S.,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS C.C. No. 1647 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned Special Government Pleader (Telangana) has brought to our notice, by placing a copy of the orders passed by the State Government contained in their G.O.Rt.No. 9, Scheduled Castes Development (SER.A2) Department, dated 12.01.2016, that the government have imposed the penalty of 50% cut in pension permanently against the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 37112 of 2012 as a measure of compliance with the judgment rendered by this Court. Further, if there is any grievance with regard to the punishment so imposed or any other benefit which has not been accorded to the petitioner, that would be an independent issue, which is liable to be examined by a separate proceeding, but certainly not in the present Contempt Case.
In that view of the matter, we dismiss this Contempt Case preserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue all such remedies as are available to him under law.
