Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this petition does not survive for consideration as the parties settled the matter before the Lok Adalat, hence, the criminal petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the above submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous while vacating the interim stay granted by this Court on 05.09.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.8372 of 2011.
