The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 06-06-2018 challenging the order RDONDLMIS/53/2018-DT(NDL), dated:15.5.2018 of the respondent No.3 before the respondent No.2 and that the respondent No.2 has not disposed of the said appeal so far.

The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents state that the respondent No.2 will decide the said appeal and pass orders within a period of four weeks. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to decide the said appeal preferred by the petitioner on 6.6.2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
