This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not recalling the 'red corner notice' issued against the petitioners and also in not recalling the order passed by the Passport Officer on 24.05.2002 in spite of closure of the criminal case in C.C.No.403 of 2003 on 16.07.2016 by the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submits that they have applied for a certified copy of the Judgment in C.C.No.403 of 2003, dated 16.07.2016, and as soon as it is received, they will take steps for withdrawal of the 'red corner notice' issued against the petitioners. However, there is no response from the fourth respondent. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioners to submit the certified copy of the order in C.C.No.

403 of 2003 along with the representation to the respondents 2 and 4, and on receipt of the same, the respondents 2 and 4 shall take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of coy of such representation. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 15.03.
