HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.Nos.3368 & 3339 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.Banda Prasada Rao, standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3: The petitioners challenge proceedings dated 24.01.2013 through which the 3rd respondent had cancelled the petitioners' entrepreneurships of Agro Rythu Seva Kedram (ARSK), B.K.Samudram and Pamidi respectively. The standing counsel submits that the lease period expired in 2013 and further on 05.02.2013, the proceedings impugned in the writ petitions were also suspended by this Court.

Having noticed these circumstances, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
