HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1899 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides and perused the material on record. A perusal of the petition shows that not only the plaintiff, among the defendants defendant Nos.1, 2, 7, 13, 15, 17 and 18 are also senior citizens.

Having regard to the above and from the fact that the PWs.1 and 2 were already examined and the matter is coming up for defendants' evidence, the trial Court shall complete the process of recording the evidence and dispose of the suit preferably within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly and in the result, the revision is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
