UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.21535 of 2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri Prabhakar Chikkudu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services (TG), agree that a similar order as was passed in W.P. No.19542 of 2018 and batch dated 19.6.2018 be passed in this Writ Petition also. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation seeking relaxation of the rigor of the Rules by 29.6.2018. In case such a representation is submitted, the 1st respondent shall consider such a request in terms of Rule 31 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, pass appropriate orders thereupon, and communicate the same to the petitioner on or before 2.7.2018.
