This Contempt Case is filed alleging non_compliance of the order, dated O8.O7.2O22 passed by this Court in Writ petition No.28456 ol 2022, wherein this Court while disposing of the writ petition directed the respondents to consider the representations dated 24.06.2019 and 2I .lO.2O2l , registered as Grievance Registration No.WGUDC/E /2O2IlO12t8 dated 08.11.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight(g) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The respondents were further directed to put all the persons interested or whose names are shown in online Dharani Portal and the revenue records, on notice in respect of the subject land and pass orders.

The learr-red counsel for the impleaded respondent No.3 has submitted that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, the respondent No.2 District Collector, has issued proceedings No.D1/ 16sa/ 2022/98 and Dt / r65s /2022/92 d,ated LT.06.2023 approving the correction o[ extent of land in respect of petitioncrs herein, without issuing any notice to the respondent No.3 herein. It is further submitted that challenging the said proceedings, the respondent No.3 has fired w.p.No.29659 of 202.4 on the file of this

Court and this Court vide order 24.10.2024 granted interim order directing the official respondents not to take any further steps in pursuance of the said proceedings dated 17.O6.2023 issued by the respondent No.2, pending disposal of the writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is no willful or deliberate intention on the part of the respondents to initiate proceedings under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
