HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.5 & 6 of 2018 and Criminal Petition No.6339 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners-A1 to A3 and the de facto complainantrespondent No.2 to Crl.P.No.6339 of 2018 are present. Their applications in I.A.Nos.5 & 6 of 2018 to accord permission to compound the non-compoundable offence for which Crime No.221 of 2018 registered by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 r/w 34 IPC are allowed as they stated that they settled the issue outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and permission is accorded and the offence covered by the present crime is compounded.

Consequently, the proceedings in Crime No.221 of 2018 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed by allowing Crl.P.No.6339 of 2018. Accordingly, the bail bonds of A1 to A3, if any, stands cancelled in respect of Crime No.221 of 2018.
