This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 16.11.2006 passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.66 of 2005 denying back wages and other attendant benefits of the petitioner, while setting aside the order of removal. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

On perusal of the material on record, this Court is of the view that the Labour Court has rightly passed the order impugned denying back wages and other attendant benefits. Further, no illegality has been pointed out by the learned Counsel for the petitioner in the order impugned so as to interfere with the same. There are no merits in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
