Heard Sri V.Srinivas, learned counsel, appearing for Sri I.K.Annapurna, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for School Education, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri P.Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for Sri Aka Venkataramana, learned counsel for 3rd respondent.

In the Writ Petition, the challenge is to the proceedings dt.28-10-2015 granting extension to the 4th respondent to function as Convener, Education Committee of the Schools under the management of Convention of Baptist Churches of the Northern Circars, Krishna District. Now since the term of the 4th respondent has ended on 09-05-2017, the Writ Petition thus become infructous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
