THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21050 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Prakash Chakravarthy, counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The 3rd respondent/Tahsildar is present in the Court and produces the record as directed by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2018.

The Tahsildar/3rd respondent places on record, the written instructions dated 10.07.2018. A copy of written instructions is also given to Mr Prakash Chakravarthy. Taking note of the objections raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel prefers to work out the remedies before the competent Civil Court.

Hence, the prayer as made, is not considered. Liberty to work out the prayer before the competent Court of civil jurisdiction, in accordance with law is granted. Writ petition is dismissed with the above observations. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
