On 26.04.2017 notice was issued by the Tahsildar, Valigonda Mandal, Yadadri District, under the A.P. Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 (for short 'the Act'), calling upon the petitioner to submit his explanation on the allegation that he dug bore well in contravention of the provisions of the Act. According to the petitioner explanation was submitted, but so far no final decision is communicated. He further alleges that on 27.04.2017, the bore well electric pump was also seized, causing hardship and suffering. 3.
A perusal of the affidavit would show that an objection was filed. But copy of the objection is not enclosed and date of filing of objection is also not mentioned. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, no final decision is communicated to enable him to file an appeal under Section 33 of the Act.

Having regard to these submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar, Valigonda Mandal, Yadadri District (2nd respondent), to pass orders, if not already passed and communicate the same to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four
(4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If petitioner has already filed explanation, he shall examine the same and deal with the objections made, in his decision now to be made in accordance with the directions issued herein. If the decision was
- 3 - already made and communicated to the petitioner, the same may be informed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
