THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.45452 OF 2016 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents particularly the 4th respondent in not allowing the petitioner to the duties as night watchmen in the respondent No.4 temple as per the appointment made vide Lt.No.Nil/93, dated 01.08.1993 without issuing any notice and without terminating the petitioner's service as illegal, arbitrary, erroneous and high handed and violative of principles of natural justice and against Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as night watchmen in the respondent No.4 temple as per the appointment made vide Lt.No.Nil/93, dated 01.08.1993.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing counsel produced proceedings dated 07.01.2016 whereunder, the service of the petitioner was terminated. 3.
Having regard to the said proceedings, a copy of which is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as warranted by law.

Granting the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
