Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had sought for survey of the land claimed by him by making application in Mee-Seva to respondents by paying the appropriate fee on 20-03-2017, but no action has been thereon by respondent Nos.4 and 5. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent Nos.4 and 5 will complete the survey by 15-01-2018 positively.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to complete the survey of the petitioner's land by 15-01-2018 positively. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
