Heard leaned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government pleader for Education appearing for respondent. 2.

Pursuant to the order dtt.21-06-2017 in W.P.M.P.No.24748 if 2017 in W.P.No.20199 of 2017, the respondent had issued proceedings son 12-10-2017 permitting the petitioner to fill up the backlog vacancies of Junior Assistant in the petitioner college. 3.

Therefore in my opinion there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
